We collect client information as a part of the process for granting access to the platform. Downloading several resources may also ask you to provide some basic information like your email id.

We share your information internally at I CAN ELC to facilitate and manage the purposes such as offering immersive learning programs/processes, sharing training content and ensuring user participation in the events as and when organized. This includes third parties whom I CAN ELC engages to process your Personal Information on its behalf for the purposes stated above, such as vendors who help I CAN ELC withmarketing, application processing, and web hosting. I CAN ELC may also share your personal data with government and law enforcement agencies or regulators to 1) comply with a legal process, subpoena, order or other legal or regulatory requirement applicable to us; 2) enforce our terms of use or other policies; or 3) pursue available legal remedies or defend against legal claims. Personal Information you submit through our Sites, such as your name, address and other contact information, may be collected by I CAN ELC for internal marketing and development purposes as well as to respond to your inquiry, complete a transaction for you, or fulfil other forms of customer service. With domain administrators

Your I CAN ELC accounts are managed by I CAN ELC web administrators for moderation andtroubleshooting. I CAN ELC web administrators may be able to: - view statistics regarding your account, like statistics regarding applications you install.
- change your account password.
- suspend or terminate your account access.
- access or retain information stored as part of your account.
- receive your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- restrict your ability to delete or edit information or privacy settings.

For external processing

We may provide personal information to our affiliates(I CAN ELC champions and partners, for example) or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

If I CAN ELC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Use for personalisation and pedagogical improvements

We aim to provide current and future users of our service with the best possible educational experience. We may conduct research intended to enhance I CAN ELC’s offerings and the quality of learning. To further these goals, we sometimes present different users with different versions of program materials and software. We do this to personalise the experience to the individual learner (assess the learner's level of ability and learning style, and present materials best suited to the learner), to evaluate the effectiveness of our program materials, to improve our understanding of the learning process, and otherwise to improve the effectiveness of our offerings and teaching and learning more generally.
